Diane is an Executive Coach who specializes in working with high achieving individuals stepping into executive positions.  Through their work together her clients develop the ability to take charge confidently, make key decisions with clarity, and communicate more effectively, so that they get results they never got before.  Diane serves as the key to help them unlock that transformational process.

She draws on experience gained during a distinguished career spanning the corporate, public, higher-education, and not-for-profit sectors.  Diane coaches leaders facing new challenges, stepping into executive positions, developing executive presence, and leading their teams to new levels of success.

As a leader, Diane created new programs that positively impacted the bottom line and helped leaders navigate challenging situations at every level of the organization. Diane managed community relations programs for American General; served on the leadership team for Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance where she directed the public, media relations and crisis communications; managed several non-profits; and spent 12 plus years working with top executives at Vanderbilt to help them achieve their fundraising goals.          

Diane’s coaching is based on research on motivation, transition, and business based self-renewal. To that she incorporates the latest neuroscience and emotional intelligence research.  

As a leader who gives back, Diane was the 2016 President for the International Coach Federation Tennessee.  Diane currently serves as a Faculty Fellow teaching coaching in the Performance Coaching Program in the College of Professional Studies at Lipscomb University.  She is also a member of CABLE, Green Hill Rotary, and has served on several volunteer boards. 

Diane received coach training from the nationally recognized Hudson Institute of Coaching.   She has a master’s degree from MTSU and a bachelor’s from the University of Georgia.
